Unbelievable customer service.

My car ran out of petrol in the village, a mile away from the petrol station. I called the pub to see if anyone could help me and James, not only drove to get me some petrol, but he brought it to me with a smile on his face and wouldn’t allow me to give him any money.

What a lovely, helpful bloke. Good things come to good people.

Stayed at the hotel next door and had breakfast at the Millfield. The team (especially Mitchell) looked after us very well, considering we were a big group with dietary needs & learning needs too. Even when a cup was accidentally broken the team were lovely about it despite it being extra work for them. This was greatly appreciated.
