“Asked Google sat nav to take us to the best fish and chip shop in Redcar. It’s a hidden gem of a place, on a corner overlooking the fishing boats all dry docked, rated 4.5 stars.
Welcomed by a lovely lady, who was about to close, but still put on four fish in the fryer and some fresh chips cooked in beef dripping.
Absolute pleasure and some of the finest fish n chips, far better than Wetherby Whaler.”
