Served by the lovely Lizzie according to our receipt, very impressed with our whole experience. We have 3 little kids, nothing was too much trouble and felt extremely welcome. Food lovely, coffee awesome and babyccinos were a hit with the kids especially with a side of marshmallows.Thank you ? great start to our holiday.Kid-friendliness: Welcoming, kind and understanding contributed to calm experienceParking: Room for trailer and caravans

On our way to Scotland we called in for a snack. I got an “egg mayonnaise” sandwich. It was sliced egg on dry bread, no butter and no mayonnaise. I don’t know where the sandwiches are made but someone needs to be told how to make them!!! Hot chocolate was fine and staff lovely hence the 3 stars. For food it would be zero stars

Had a problem with the coffees from the machine earlier which meant it tasted like there was absolutely no coffee in it. We sought out some help and Christina by the front was more than happy to help and sorted us out. Thanks for the help!

A well needed stop while travelling back to Glasgow, and before tackling the A66. It had been a while since i’d been to Costa, but on the whole this was a very good 20-30 minute stop. I ordered a Medium Latte and a Salted Caramel Brownie - enjoyed both as well as the opportunity to drink from a glass, instead of a takeaway cup! Both items cost around £7.00 in total - slightly dearer but understandably, my colleague and I had stopped at a service station. Verdict - a satisfied customer feeling refreshed for leg two of the journey.

The lady at the till was extremely rude. Told me off for approaching the counter when the gentleman in front of me stepped away, I hadn't realised he was coming back. Her words were 'excuse me, can you not see I'm not done serving this gentleman?" - well I couldn't because he had stepped away - and then told me to "go stand over there until I'm done."Most unpleasant employee, didn't seem to understand the concept of customer service. Ruined my experience at Costa, usually one of my favourite coffee shops. Just because it's located in a rest stop and may not have a lot of repeat customers is no excuse for being rude.

Old woman on till not a clue how to use it. When I check my bank statements she keeps charging me different amounts for exactly the same thing. Ripoff.

Old woman they put on till does not have a clue how to use it. She messes about with it for 10 minutes then eventually charges you something. When I get back check my bank statement she keeps charging me differently for exactly the same thing. Total Ripoff and lousy manager who puts her on the till.
