After so many Chefs, experts and connoisseurs have scored Chef's Table with the maximum score, I feel my contribution is hardly needed, except to say I had very high expectations and they were exceeded. From the moment we arrived we knew this was going to be a special experience. A well-crafted menu with each plate introduced by a talented team of chefs, accompanied by superb wines, also introduced by a very knowledgeable sommelier. A truly memorable evening.
If I told you that I was off to an industrial unit in a small village called Melmerby in Yorkshire for a culinary extravaganza……you would probably think I was slightly bonkers.
