Service was fine, the staff were friendly.The pizzas however were laughably bad. I ordered the double pepperoni and there was as much grease as there was pizza. Unfortunately the grease ended up on my clothes.The base of the pizza was their own thing apparently, Lord knows what they put in it but it was far more BBQ than Tomato, there's absolutely no need to get clever with the pizza base, keep it simple.There was no atmosphere to be spoken of.All in all very disappointing.

Absolutely amazing food & service, I would 100% recommend visiting Hideout.We had a mix of starters, mains & drinks everything was sooooo tasty ? We didn’t feel rushed away once we had eaten neither which was good! 10/10?

If one craves slow cooked meats, burgers and pizzas, this is the place to go. On a break to Scarborough and staying just up the road from The Hideout, we thought we'd give it a try, and we are so glad we did. The cafe bar has interesting decor, eclectic background music which isn't intrusive, and a lovely friendly atmosphere. We were warmly greeted and served by a very pleasant young woman, who remained attentive throughout. The food and drink menu is extensive. I had the Mac'n' Cheese Burger and my wife had the Pulled Brisket Tray. The meat in both meals was succulent and tasty. The perfectly cooked fries were plentiful. Overall a great meal. Highly recommended.Dietary restrictions: Good choice of gluten free food

We visited the Hideout with friends and had a really good time. When we arrived we were greeted with a smile, and when out food came out it was hot, plentyful and very tasty, my hubby also had a milk shake which looked amazing.We enjoyed it so much that we returned the next day for a lovely breakfast, which was equally as nice.I highly recommend a visit to the Hideout, you won't be disappointed.

Well laid out, lovely atmosphere and staff.The prices are very reasonable for the quality. Hands down the best food I’ve ever had and wasn’t the only one in our party of 6 to say so.I personally took a risk on the PBJ burger and glad I did, absolutely gorgeous!We will be back again!Kid-friendliness: We had my 4 year old son with us and he was very well catered for, he loved looking at all the pictures and figures on the walls so kept him entertained which further improved our dining experience
