Went here on a Friday lunchtime having read the reviews. I certainly wasn't left disappointed.I've been fortunate with my job covering North Yorkshire to sample so many Fish&Chips eateries in the county.Scarborough for me has some of the best, and I would put this right up there.
Was recommended here by a fellow fish and chip fiend and it didn’t disappoint. One of the best haddock and chips I’ve had in ages. Everything seemed cooked to order, chips were cooked in dripping, crunchy on the outside and fluffy in the middle, haddock was probably the best I’ve eaten. Batter was light and crunchy and the fish was flakey, white and absolutely beautiful, peas were home made and not tinned processed slop you’d get elsewhere.I can’t wait to return.
