Very nice family meal Dad, Son, Grandson and partners. Food was very good. They are the best Pizzas to be had. I always have a Romana base well done as I like a thin crispy base. Staff were excellent especially the (Italian) lady Manager who has been there for years and clearly is passionate about the restaurant and customers. Only criticism is it is pricey. I mean £5.25 for a small Peronni is taking the Mick. £7 for desserts. £171 (+10%) for 4 adults and 1 four year old. 3 starters. 4 pizzas. 2 puddings. 1 child meal. 2 drivers so only 6 alcoholic drinks. £190. Wow! Hence 4 stars.

Despite the dire reviews we found online, we ventured (on a very wet Sunday evening) to this Pizza Express because it was the nearest to where we were staying. Both the manager and other staff were delightful and couldn’t have been more helpful. This Pizza Express is very well decorated and in very good condition (several we know are not!). The impressive and quick (not hurried) service was very good. Absolute TOP marks for service the pizzas on HOT plates! This is as it should be, but doesn’t happen very often. Generous portions and toppings. We really were delighted. The current staff have completely turned it around. Well done. Highly recommended.

We had an excellent family dinner at Pizza Express with an age range from 4 years old to 66. The pizzas and the salads were really good and our waitress Jincenza and her colleagues were attentive and helpful without being intrusive. Would highly recommend.Vegetarian options: Plenty vegetarian and vegan options.

We don't often go out for a pizza but I'm so glad we did today.The food was fantastic. My wife had the Spicy Giuseppe awhich blew my head off! I stuck with a classic American which was perfect.And then we got the desserts which were outstanding, Sicilia Lemon Roulade for my wife and Honeycomb and salted caramel thing for me ?We were served by Anoushka who was really on the ball and had some awesome Halloween make up on ?All in all, a great late lunch for us
Vincenza is an amazing member of your team - she's always so kind and friendly and makes us feel very welcome. She always goes the extra mile and is great with the kids. 10/10 service thank you.

I don't think I'm a fan of pizza express in general. I don't find the pizzas tasty. My family come a lot so clearly they are big fans. I'm a huge pizza lover and these pizzas just don't do it for me. They lack toppings and real flavour. The waitress is lovely and always happy and helpful. She makes that place. Thank goodness for offers we had otherwise its quite expensive but then everywhere is nowadays. My niece however would disagree with me. She enjoyed hers. Just too bland for me and not much on the pizza.
