“Based on the quality of the - savoury and sweet - food, the service and the cosy atmosphere, 5 stars are deserved anyway but ....a special note has to be made here about the way they handled my intolerance for a specific ingredient.The chef would not cook me a meal as she considered the risk of contamination too high, even if she would try everything possible to stop that. It was only a small kitchen so she was right.She was very apologetic, again and again, despite the fact that I really appreciated her decision.If only all other restaurants were so precise and knowledgeable.When you have read this, it won't surprise you that they clean the table immediately after each visitor and waitresses wash their hands regularly (I sat at a table where I could see that).All very, very positive !!”
