My family and I always love coming here for breakfast when we are in Whitby. Pat is lovely and the food is always great. Our dog teddy loves coming in also. Highly recommend

Visited here today.Hardly no welcome at all from the lady, who gave us the impression she wasn't happy to serve us.Bacon was under done and full of fat. Toast was either burnt or hadn't even seen the toaster.Toasted sandwich was burnt on one side, asked for no mayonnaise but it was full of it.Coffee and tea were tasteless.Visit Whitby regularly but won't be visiting here again.

Had breakfast with a friend last month in Creations Cafe and it was very enjoyable good quality bacon and sausage and friendly service in a relaxed atmosphere just across the bridge from the main town area. I like independent cafes like this and the prices are very fair.

Very nice veggie breakfast with a large mug of coffee for a reasonable £6.50 in a small but friendly independent cafe in such a charming town. Staff were kind and eager to help and service was quick but unrushed. I shall most definitely be back to sample one of their cakes and then run up the steps to the Abbey to work it off!

Visited here today. Dog friendly cafe in centre of Whitby. However did not appear to be human friendly, was greeted quite gruffly by the woman in charge. Left most of my lunch as asked for a tuna and cheese toasties with no mayo. The toastie was burnt and there was loads of mayo on! The bacon was very fatty, more fat than bacon and placed on a burnt slice of toast and an undercooked slice. Beans on toast that the bread had not seen the toaster. Coffee was horrible. Don't expect barrister coffee in a cafe but coffee that I can at least drink.

I popped in here for a late breakfast sandwich at the weekend. There was a good choice on the menu, there was an item unavailable but a small sign on each table advising everyone. My egg and mushroom sarnie was tasty, the coffee was good and the service was speedy and friendly and the price was good.

Called here Saturday 26th Sept 23. Sat down, not overly busy. Nobody acknowledged me, finally caught young lads eye after few mins who brought me a menu. I told him I knew what I wanted, but he walked off. Left me waiting for another few minutes without coming back. A chap came in and they clearly knew him and he was greeted with a smile and his order was taken at the till, despite the notice saying ‘table service only’. Meanwhile I’m still being ignored. I got up left, wont be returning. Only left one star cos you cant place the review without putting at least one.? Update! Wow, owners response amazing!! No wonder the service is so bad if this is your example. You’ve only 5 tables in total, and actually the lads WERE just stood about. Don’t worry though I went next door to Coopers Coffee House and had a good experience and they were far far busier and the staff were lovely, friendly and smiley.

Sorry I don't understand what these negative reviews are about on this cafe , we were made to feel very welcome all food cooked fresh bacon& egg butty with extra black pudding or mushrooms really enjoyed it and we will be back there in August 23 , in fact we will be going there year after year quality food cooked fresh and at a very good price ! see you soon ! thanks Pete

while my family may not have enjoyed it as much as me i think its really creative how the servers dont where shoes or socks. i believe all restarants should have a gimmick and creations has certainly found theirs and they certainly live up to their name of "creations" . the end
