Great Food here, best fish taco i have ever had ! Lovely set up out front, nice to sit out in the sun, with a really good atmosphere. Dog friendly as well. Service was incredible , left a bagpack behind me and the staff said they would post it to London to make sure I got it back safely ! 10/10

Great place to eat fresh fish in the sun. It does the standard fish and chips but I recommend the fish or prawn tacos for something a bit more fresh and interesting.

Really enjoyed our visit. For a start they were really friendly on the phone when trying to book on a bank holiday Friday. They were fully booked but promised to phone if they had a cancellation. Sure enough, the day before we got a call and booked in.The food was superb. Great choice on the menu - my wife and I had the mixed tacos that were delicious, each and every one (fish, beef, and curried cauliflower). Kids had battered fish, chips & peas. We all polished off the lot.Staff and service were great too - really friendly, and attentive.Would love to come back, and it is a trek since we live an hour away, but well worth it. On a sunny day (as it was when we visited) their terrace looks like a real suntrap.Definitely worth booking in advance if you are visiting as there is not a lot of space inside (I'd guess seating for maybe 25-30).

I had been looking forward to trying the fish tacos for some time, and I was not disappointed ? I tried the fish, prawn, and beef tacos, and while all were great, the fish was definitely the winner. Thank you Fish Cottage!

Parking: There are a few spots outside the cottage that are free and there's also a paid carpark down the lane, 2 mins walk.
We called and ordered a take away. All freshly cooked to order.
