Excellent live music and real ale .Great friendly staff. Warm welcome, we will return to this lovely little pub next time we visit Whitby. Dog friendly which is a bonus, I think they also have rooms, Cant recommend enough, worth 5 stars all day long,

Great staff with accompanying music and sport. I couldn't recommend the venue more highly. It is the most ideal pub for those who visit on a day or weekend trip while also serving for those who live in the vicinity.

We stayed in the Station Inn for our short break. This is the first time that we have stopped over in Whitby. It was in a good location for the town centre, train station and Endeavour Quay car park. We were greeted on our arrival and shown to our room, full information was given re accessing the building / room out of hours and recommendations were given for breakfast. The pub closed at 12 midnight and there was some noise from the bar up until then, however after midnight it did quieten down. There was some noise from the delivery on a morning. The room was warm but a fan was provided. We would stop there again.

Very welcoming feeling and friendly staff, making you feel at home from the minute you enter - it has a very relaxed feeling and is dog friendly throughout. They have a good range of real ales, the pub is located right opposite the train and bus station

First time visiting Whitby and the Station Inn was recommended; we were not disappointed. Very vibrant, welcoming and cosy place and dog friendly too. Ales were great and the staff were very attentive. We didn't stay at The Station Inn but would definitely consider it as and when we return. A lot of pubs could learn a lot about hospitality from these guys; thank you, hope to see you soon.

We were in Whitby this weekend and spent Sunday afternoon/early evening at the station inn. We had such a laugh. There was live music and lots of friendly people in the pub. Two barmaids both named Katie were amazing. Katie with the dreads kept our drinks coming and told us where to go for food and the other Katie had a smile on her face the whole time. Really friendly cosy place. Should I ever visit Whitby again I’ll be heading back here ☺️

Excellent situation for a visit to Whitby, prime position for the Railway, Coach Stations and the town centre. Accommodation was a large room with en suite, very clean, comfortable and well appointed. Friendly bars with good selection of local ales and overall excellent value, will definitely return.

Very good pub in the heart of Whitby. Good range of cask beers and wines. Nothing fancy about this pub, but it has a good atmosphere. 2 side rooms plus the main bar area, wooden floors, dog friendly. Always has a buzz to it. We have been there many times and always return to it as one of our favourites in Whitby.

Still excellent.First time in since lockdown . A good friend l used to attend with has since left us all far too early, so potentially a bit of a trial. It was a pleasure to attend again! The pub has also been through its trials and tribulations but despite falling into pub chain ownership, it is still a pub that does everything it does very well indeed !

Visited here on holiday! I work for the same company and visited this place 2 times! Both great visits! Mark is doing a great job. The star on my visit has to be Katie who went above n beyond for me. Will defo be back

Friendly and cosy pub in the heart of Whitby. The young lads that run this pub are doing a great job. The beer is well looked after and tastes good. Service is quick and welcoming. The locals are friendly and talkative. The bar area is clean. The lounge has a real fire going and is nice and cosy but you have to be early to get a place in there. There are screens with live sport on if you are after this. Well done ?

Had a great Saturday afternoon in this pub, on Sunday I discovered that I had lost my beats headphones 2 pairs in a pouch. Rang up the pub and they were there, would just like to thank whoever found them and the bar staff for being so honest, definitely will be back.

Great 2 night stay, room 4, £108.50 for a 2 night stay. Offered a continental breakfast at £4.50 but we didn't take up the offer, much prefer a full English, plenty of choice in Whitby. Check in and out was faultless, room ideal for just a short break. Hairdryer, iron and iron board provided in room. Bed very comfy, no parking but we found a street parking 3 minutes away. Pub very popular. Large shower, very modern. Would stay again

A great couple of nights at the Station. Have always enjoyed this pub but this was the first time we stayed here. Great rooms with a bit of character, clean, comfortable and a great nights sleep. The pub is a proper local with a great choice of real ale entertainment and welcoming staff.

Great staff and brilliant food. Proper good meals with good portions and the staff I can not praise enough. We were the couple with the collie and we were having a stressful time. You all were so fantastic with us and we really loved the food. If we are in Whitby we will be back again
