We stumbled upon Cosy Time and we’re so glad we did! Lovely coffee with beautiful latte art and delicious brunch at such a good price!! Definitely worth coming before a mooch around York ?
What a lovely wee cafe. We were just looking for tea and scones -and that's exactly what we got- just perfect -beautifully served on a small tray in cute tea pots with their matching cup & saucer , tea strainers, milk & sugar and warmed scones with clotted cream, jam ,butter .Scones come from a local bakery and are so fresh and absolutely delicious and the loose leaf teas are properly stored in airtight containers so retain their flavour . This coffee shop is located in the centre of historic York. It was the first coffee shop we came across that was not too crowded on a very busy day before Christmas. We enjoyed two flat whites, which cost £6 and were good quality.
