Always enjoy a Greggs for a quick cuppa and bite to eat. Decent, tasty food, good selection of savoury, sweet, hot and cold foods on offer and a range of drinks; moreover they do a good limited kids deal aswell. However what struck me were the wonderful staff. Very patient and polite, plus they very kindly told me about the benefits of the Greggs app, which I downloaded in store and got myself a very much needed free Cinnamon Swirl latte; I was even helped in using the app. I was very impressed by their customer service and how they went above and beyond to help me.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options, such as cheese and onion bake, vegan sausage roll, vegan steak bakeKid-friendliness: Good limited kids deal

upon arrival we seemed to be greeted by friendly staff. we were in a group of five people and we wanted to sit in however there was no available seats, after two of us had payed a table became available so the remaining three paid to sit in, we offered to pay the difference. However staff member, MIKE, shouted across the store that we weren’t allowed to sit in. A colleague of his calmed this man down and we remained seated. Later on MIKE continued to shout across the store again telling people to not touch the sandwich when they were deciding. This man MIKE has been nothing but rude to customers, raising his voice and he seems to be very egotistical. Would not recommend unless you’re prepared to be talked to like a child.ALSO, the toilets were not open, which as i read in previous reviews, is a very common problem.

Wouldn’t allow me brown sauce for my sausage roll, manager said only given with hot food, I point out the roll was hot he just dismissed me .

Me and my child walked in and we were waiting to be served for about 5 minutes while the staff looked at us and just chatted away without serving us then a man pushed infront of us and bought the thing my child wanted (it was the last one) seems as a woman and a child clearly we’re invisible. We are pescatarians who were served MEAT sausage rolls after ordering vegan. Forty years of non meat eating undermined in a couple of bites. Not being familiar with Greggs products we did not know about the different finish to the pastry. Have tried to get a reasonable response from Greggs management without resorting to social media; THEY RESPONSE TO DATR HAS BEEN TO IGNORE ME If you are a non-meat eater be very very wary of buying from this outlet
