My third visit to the Blue Bell, this time with my wife, we met John the owner and his dog Frank. Great beer and super friendly atmosphere, made new friends too, definitely get back on our next visit to York - 'Proper Mint'Steve and Carol ?
Wasn't sure when we went in but was pleasantly surprised. It's quai t and seems to have a regular trade. Good choice of hand pulled beers, including their own brew which I really enjoyed. Staff were very amicable aswell. Will call back next time we are in
