A must visit if you’re in York…and like tea! I’d previously visited the shop next door and loved their vast selection of teas. If you purchase anything in the shop you get a 10% off voucher for the cafe next door! We were greeted by a very friendly lady who gave us some time to pick our teas and then gave us instructions on how to brew our tea. The blueberry muffin tea was very tasty! Lovely little place on Shambles for a darn decent brew. Dog friendly. Lovely welcoming service by helpful staff. Huge range of quality loose leaf teas. I tried the cinnamon black tea and it was great. You can go next door and buy any of the teas. I was given a discount coupon to spend on any of the loose leaf teas. I really like this place. I was walking around and found this tea room, and it's overwhelmingly good. If you want to find of various type of tea it is the place. I ordered Apple Vannila tea, cinnamon bun, uciama tea. All is good!!
