Ok - busy i can understand, so miserable staff are pre- Christmas tired. However the coffee was barely above tepid, and the entire place felt grubby. But the state of the toilets was appalling - rotten woodwork and utterly filthy.

Food OK but that's when there is a table to eat from. Sadly I wouldn't recommend visiting here 10am to 2pm as way to busy. Managed to get a full refund which was good of them.

I ordered 3 sandwiches on Justeat, for friends who were dropping in last minute. 3 hours later, after friends had left they arrived! Prets number is unobtainable. £18 wasted and no refund offered. AVOID!!!!!

A really nice selection of sandwiches and salads. Something a little bit different than the usual cheese and ham. Had seating inside and outside, service was quick, staff were friendly. Food was really tasty
A great range of products and lovely, helpful staff. I’ve been back multiple times because it was so nice. A lovely outdoor area too if you’d like to sit outside in the sun and have a coffee or a cold beverage too.

Nice coffee and food. Upstairs area dominated by students on laptops doing their homework with spiders webs clinging to the top of their coffee cups?. Tried mr stareyman tactics but to no avail. Managed to squash on to a table eventually but saw plenty of customers looking for a table but leaving without purchasing. ?
