Staff friendly and good coffee but when I saw toilet I was shocked. Very dirty and dusty, with some food pieces in sink. Horrendous. I left disgusted.

What a shame, this could be a really great coffee spot, I agree with earlier comments on staff; is it that tough to work here? Shrug of shoulder,"sorry is it ok in takeaway cups", I presume the dishwasher was broken, no sink, no washing up liquid?.hardly busy yet the tables weren't emptied, quite a lot of people making use of free WiFi, why not walk round and see if customers want anything else, or an excuse when the place is quiet to interact with customers. The place is gloomy enough without being greeted by an overflowing bin outside.Come on Starbucks pick up your game and add some sparkle.

I really really don’t like to leave negative reviews but I’ve been in here a couple of times now and the staff are just not friendly at all. First time I thought it was a one off because my usual experience of Starbucks (elsewhere ) is really good but I have just been in today and sadly the staff are still the same. Not friendly or welcoming at all which is kinda sad when you pay nearly £4 for your coffee

Went in for drinks well before closing time, and our drinks are in paper take away cups if I wanted my highly priced drinks in a paper cup I wouldn’t have chosen to drink in. When asked why this was we got told the staff didn’t have time to wash the cups, with no customers in I find this hard to

Always short on staff and the ones who are there are disinterested and ineffectual. 10/15 minute wait everytime I've been in. Will be using Monks Cross Starbucks from now on. Staff are friendly and more professional and an altogether nicer atmosphere.

Disappointed it is card payment only. Customers should have a choice. I'll be choosing not to return.

As with most of the Starbucks outlets staff friendly store clean and well presented. Dogs welcomed which is great for myself and my wife as we find it hard to find decent outlets that accommodate for our dog. Recommend this chain of

My partner and I regularly use Fosse Island Starbucks for an after work chat and coffee before heading home. We have been to all of the local Starbucks and this, by far, is the best coffee out of all of them.Liv makes the best drinks and always with great service.

Awesome Strawberry Frappes and Cookies and cream. Made me, my wife and Daughter very happy.Excellent service and brilliant place.
Just popped in for a "basic" pumpkin spice latte and asked if they could top it up with some cold milk as I wanted to drink it on the way home. The chap that made it very kindly offered to just make it not so hot (50°). He also very helpfully mentioned that, if it's a good temperature, I can just ask for that next time so I know it will be the right temperature. Excellent service. It's the little things that make a difference. He was also helping a colleague with the till when I ordered and was really nice about it. Anyway, the latte was absolutely delicious and totally not basic. LolWheelchair accessibility: Wide, automatic door. Flat enough entrance and plenty of room for manoeuvring.

Nice place for a brew and a break from work. About £3 for a cuo of tea. Very relaxed atmosphere so you can relax and not under pressure to leave aver you have finished your drink.

Staff were having a conversation when we walked in, and didn’t feel the need to end that conversation to serve us. Half of the tables are empty but not cleared.

Great food and drink, the staff were lovely.

Visit regularly with my daughter, today Olivia really stood out as our barista. She was fantastic serving us, really friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks. With her assistance my daughter now has a new favourite drink order! She really made our day.
