We were a group of four and went here for lunch for our first visit……safe to say we will be returning in the not too distant future!! Visited to celebrate by birthday. We were visiting the city for one night and booked after doing a bit of research. The setting is lovely and we were met and taken to the table by the manager. Had some aperitifs to start off and they tasted incredible. We then had home made bread which was beautiful and we took what was left for breakfast. Popped in for lunch, we are so lucky to have a place like Arras in York. The little parcel, is actually the bread I had left over and they kindly wrapped it up for me to take away, keeping food waste to a minimum!
