As with most of the Starbucks outlets staff friendly store clean and well presented. Dogs welcomed which is great for myself and my wife as we find it hard to find decent outlets that accommodate for our dog. Recommend this chain of

My partner and I regularly use Fosse Island Starbucks for an after work chat and coffee before heading home. We have been to all of the local Starbucks and this, by far, is the best coffee out of all of them.Liv makes the best drinks and always with great service.

Just popped in for a "basic" pumpkin spice latte and asked if they could top it up with some cold milk as I wanted to drink it on the way home. The chap that made it very kindly offered to just make it not so hot (50°). He also very helpfully mentioned that, if it's a good temperature, I can just ask for that next time so I know it will be the right temperature. Excellent service.
