Had Shaqaroni xxl. Best pepperoni pizza delivery I have ever had. Came quickly and piping hot. As good as delivery chain pizza gets ??

Not lon ordered two large pizzas and garlic bread. The most disgusting pizza I’ve ever had. All went in the bin. It was stale, dry and over cooked. I’m not fussy when it comes to food but I couldn’t eat this. Completely inedible. Rang up the restaurant to speak to someone regarding a refund and the most arrogant, rude and ignorant man answered. Insinuating we hadn’t just been to pick up our order that cost £35. That it’s not on the system. Which is hilarious me and my family must be hallucinating the drive there and the horrible pizza in front of us. If I were you I would never order from this store. Think the man who answered needs training in customers service or you know just be a nice person. Outrageous. He also expected us to go into our black bin and take the pizza out of there and then drive all the way back up the store. I will be contacting papa johns directly and not this sorry excuse of a store.

We had small issue with our pizza (nothing too serious) and called speaking to a lovely lady who assured us that this wasn’t papa johns quality and offered to put manager on to help Rectify the situation, he immediately asked if we wanted money off or another pizza delivered (we had collected this order as PJ do not deliver to our specific area) so the offer for delivery was highly appreciated. Delivery was quick after this with a fresh and lovely pizza by a friendly and apologetic driver - mistakes happen & this was sorted very quickly

I ordered a pizza today that I have ordered for at least 12 times before and every time I tell them I’m allergic to cheese and they always send it without but today it came with cheese on - when I called to have them replace it they refused and told me it was my fault- however I did everything the same as before- on the call he even asked me if I had already eaten the pizza I reminded him that I was allergic- how stupid was that question Stay away they only want your money

The most horrible experience I ever had.All i wanted is to cancel my order , as waited for it 1h and 10 minutes. And All I’ve got is a rude staff member from Corby, who was making a decision on my behalf, putting phone down and advised me go to Dominos!!! I would highly recommend to everyone to avoid this company!Still waiting for my refund. Had no confirmation about cancellation at all.

First time having a Papa John's and was not disappointed. I placed online and when I arrived the shop was busy but staff was so polite and kept me updated. I really enjoyed my pizza and garlic bread with cheese :)! Will deffo to be going back. Thank you x
