We had small issue with our pizza (nothing too serious) and called speaking to a lovely lady who assured us that this wasn’t papa johns quality and offered to put manager on to help Rectify the situation, he immediately asked if we wanted money off or another pizza delivered (we had collected this order as PJ do not deliver to our specific area) so the offer for delivery was highly appreciated. First time having a Papa John's and was not disappointed. I placed online and when I arrived the shop was busy but staff was so polite and kept me updated. I really enjoyed my pizza and garlic bread with cheese :)! Will deffo to be going back. Thank you x

Just had a delivery from Papa Johns & I've got to say ....The pizza was absolutely lovely ....My husband is not a pizza fan & I had to twist his arm to get one ....He even remarked how nice it was too .....I will definitely be ordering again .....Even the delivery driver was a nice & polite man Thankyou From one Happy Customer . ?
