“Not sure if there’s a new manager but I just complained to a lovely lady on the other side of the phone and she was so polite and friendly and very helpful. I told her my previous orders had been cold and missing items and it had happened at least 2-3 times prior. So she ran through my order with me. My order was delivered quickly, hot, and yummy! An extra drink and yo-yo was given due to the issues we had prior. I really appreciate that. Sorry I forgot your name. But excellent customer service. Thank you so much, you made me and my daughters very very happy!❤️”
