Not sure if there’s a new manager but I just complained to a lovely lady on the other side of the phone and she was so polite and friendly and very helpful. I told her my previous orders had been cold and missing items and it had happened at least 2-3 times prior. So she ran through my order with me. My order was delivered quickly, hot, and yummy! Been several times in last couple of months. I work for the NHS, but each time I ask for discount, I'm told that they can't give it because the manager can't be bothered to program the till to give it. If that's the case I can't be bothered to go there any longer.
I turned up one Friday afternoon after I had spent all week thinking of meatballs. I arrived in the shop to make my order, they were two guys in the back one was wet face, hair and hands. I did not think much of it so I began to make my order. I then saw the guy who was wet lift his leg up and started washing it in the sink that is used for washing utensils and possibly foods such as salads.
