Just been to mcdonalds and got 5 meals. All freezing cold, chips rubbery. I have been going to mcdonalds for years and never come across such disgusting food. If we hadn't have been on a motorway I would have took it all back!

We went after the james arthur concert everywhere was taped up couldn't sit down no were and the digital ordering boards was down. But despite it being mental busy order was correct and food was Bang on !

Well well well what positive is there to say! NOTHING!!!!As a frequent seveice station user I found the customer service far below standard!Whilst I watched my food be put in tho the bag the staff which I'm sure where lovely people where having a mothers meeting whilst standing with my food!As someone who feels far famished a lot of the time due to my large appetite, Im not angry!!! I'm just hugely disappointed.Let me tell you my order, whitch is a fairly easy thing to completeApple piex2Now I'm not the only person who had a negative experience at said McDonald's. My fellow McDonald's counterpart whom had ordered medium fried and strawberry milkshake (order number 79) had to wait over 25 mins for there food which when in a rush and when having a driver waiting for you is not right in the slightest. They had been serving people 30 order numbers ahead. and when finally receiving said order the milk shake was more like water!!Furthermore, one of the other members of the group had a very negative experience in the same light as the person above. After a 25 mins wait, the mini mucflury that always order came as a liquid!!Now luckily we had our lord and saviour who used his pure courage to ask what was going on and the man just laughed in our face, the coke that he ordered also came flat and burger deformed. After recieving this order then had to reminded them another time for the apple piesWould not recommend 1 star (would be a half star but Google won't let meLesson for next time go to Costa
