The restaurant provides a good amount of seating, making it comfortable for customers. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the ample seating allowed for a relaxed dining experience. The usual menu offerings were consistent with the quality I expect from McDonald's. Overall, a convenient and enjoyable place to grab a meal.
We were heading southbound and thinking about stopping at Nottingham services when we saw the McDonald’s at Watford Gap, and we couldn’t wait any longer. We are so glad that we did. The customer service was excellent, the food came out quick and the quality was exceptional. It was just so nice to get served our morning McMuffin with a smile. The cherry on the cake was the brown sauce and ketchup pumps which were clean and full. Something you don’t often get these days.

One off if not the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. At least you can use your points to buy food which you can't do for a Burger King at services but this is a very slow mcdonalds.
