This is also in my Hotel Review. You can eat in the bar or in the restaurant, its all the same menu. We used the Fuel restaurant our first night, my wives meal arrived as completely the wrong order and my pizza did not have the extras as ordered. No Ale / beer available on tap just bottles. ! The waitress was very good at telling us it wasn't her fault as she placed the order properly. The breakfast at the Mercure was what sold us on the hotel for our wedding guests - their sausages were fabulous. Despite being a little worried that they might have changed providers during the wedding pandemic postponement, we were not disappointed!
