Great local pub. Regulars are very welcoming. Good breakfast every served every morning from 7.30 until 11.30.Takeaway food also in the hut situated in the carparkOur band played here and it was a fantastic night. We are looking forward to our return visit in September but will be there for breakfasts in between.
When I entered the pub hall I saw a very basic furnishing that didn't make a great impression at first sight. But this pub has a little gem - lounge on the opposite side to the hall. Very nice looking and comfortable.

Just passing by and called in to the pub for breakfast on a Sunday morning (11am). Ordered an English breakfast at the bar, and sat outside. Apparently the pub kitchen is closed these days and the food is served by Falafel Bakfar - a separate business which operates on the same site - not that it mattered to me. The food was great, as was the service and I felt welcome. Good value, too.
