My mum and I came for lunch today after our 6 mile walk following the woodpecker route! We came to the cafe afterwards for lunch and I was surprised by the bubblegum gelato that they had which could be turned into a milkshake! ? And mine was and it was very delicious and then I had a chicken cheese bacon and BBQ panini which was lovely and my mum had a tuna and onion panini! Such a lovely place and fab cafe but recently the service has gone down the pan. So ridiculously slow. The staff don't seem to have any urgency. It seems there is no manager to get them in order.

I ran a series of Christmas workshops here and all the staff were so helpful in ensuring things ran smoothly. All the participants commented on what a good venue it was for the wreath making workshop - in the cafe, in the forest just before Christmas and with fabulous coffee, hot chocolate and team and a good choice of cake (even for those with intolerances!).
