The place is an absolute disgrace. Went in at 10am on a Sunday morning. Trolleys all over the car park (none in the trolley bays) the shop itself is filthy and needs a good clean. Only one of the “scan and go” machines was working. Shelves half empty.Ever since Asda was bought out by the two brothers, it’s gradually gone further and further downhill. The place is so expensive. Asda own meal replacement shakes. Used to be £4. Now £5.50.Not sure what the managers do, but it sure isn’t running a business.

New click and collect system is terrible, phone rings out and no one answers so I had to go in store even though I checked in online and still had to wait 20-25 mins for food to be brought out.

The shop’s pretty decent but the pharmacists are so incredibly rude. They utterly ignore you, even if they’re standing opposite you they just won’t look up, until there are at least six people in the queue. They’ll answer the phone but don’t expect to be treated like a human being if you’re queuing. It doesn’t take much to look up and say, ‘we’re sorry, we’re so busy, we’ll be five minutes.’As the shop goes, it’s an Asda. Cheap and cheerful. Check your receipt as sometimes the offers fail to show at the till.

3of us went to the cafe 2had breakfasts 1had stew n dumplings.strw was lovely 2breakfasts were 2sausage 2eggs bacon was cold n beans stodgy 1bite of bacon N a fork of beans was enough.left bacon N beans but too late .both had tummy trouble in night .won't be eating there again.very disappointed.

I went to do my weekly shop & was upset to find how empty the shelves were yesterday, the last time the shelves were like that was during the pandemic! Apart from a loaf of bread & some grapes I did my shop at Tesco, pull your socks up Asda whats the matter with you?
