The self checkout system is a totally useless concept - not just for Asda but all supermarkets. Today it required at least 3 staff to patrol the so-called "self checkouts" as every other item required their intervention. As a result the customer has a very poor & frustrating shopping experience, the staff must hate it and it offers zero in terms of efficient gain or cost saving. Recent issue - they changed everything around. Not a great flow through the Isles anymore, always hear customers complaining about it lol. Normally a good supermarket, plenty of produce, plenty of car parking spaces.

I had an issue with their offer of "buy 3 for £3" for Schweppes Slimline Lemonade 2L.I bought 3 but later noticed on the receipt I had been charged £1.45 each (total £4.35).'Multibuy Savings' are only worth it, if you get them when it's time to pay.Fair play to customer service for refunding the discount I didn't get to begin with, otherwise it would have been a 1☆ review.
