Usually a great place to stop but be warned this place is CLOSED for all HGVs due to ongoing maintenance. There is no information about this anywhere on the A14 or on website and no finish date. The only way to find out is when you've driven past. Very badly publicised

Lots of very clean toilets. Store with high quality (M&S) food and drink. Hot counter. Seating area. Very clean, friendly staff. Would recommend.

The big potholes on the way out need fixing as I've just got a flat tyre thanks to how awful they are. They look like big trenches where lorries have been through long indents. Please sort them out. 4 yrs ago someone mentioned, yet these indents look years old from lorries exiting the garage.

Nice tidy shop and lovely personal. But the toilets. Unbelievable. It is really so difficult to clean it regularly? Disgusting.

A clean and tidy with good coffee. A very rude brunette cashier. Does not know what manners are. I asked her to repeat her self and was sighed and and then shouted at. I asked for a reciept which greated with a sigh. I cannot help being hard of hearing. Thankyou for this treatment. Sun 13 Feb 22 @ 1520hrs.Will avoid in the future.

Woman at checkout more interested in playing on her phone and looking at her colleagues phone , and too busy serving everyone coffee. One person Manning tills . I went in in the dark and came out in the light . Joke.No soap in men's toilets , yet you have a green light outside to help stop the spread of COVID

After queuing for 15 minutes to use an adblue pump a staff member here denied me the use of the adblue pump because my vehicle is not a HGV. Plenty of other fuel stations to use so will not be going to BP again, they clearly do not want the business!
