I have to tell you how fantastic your colleague was on the A14 East at Kettering, Jo was amazing, our little one was having a meltdown as you had balloons around and Jo let my little one have a balloon and spoke to my little girl her manner was excellent and you could tell she enjoys her work. She really made a difference in our day. Thanks
Standard services but would rather stop there due to the exceptional service offered by all staff. The staff like Chelsea and Hazel always make the visit friendly and enjoyable. U would rather drive the extra 2 miles and feel like a valuable customer than stop elsewhere.

A clean and tidy with good coffee. A very rude brunette cashier. Does not know what manners are. I asked her to repeat her self and was sighed and and then shouted at.
