the food was ok, but the floor was so slippery more, so then the toilet it was impossible to walk inside the toilet area without causing an accident ti myself

Ordered delivery, 40 minutes late, cold and missing items, shocking service, also they put cold cans inside the same bag as warm food, not great.

Ordered a Double gravy bucket and hot wings as additional order today and given the chicken legs only no other pieces. Chicken legs are like half eaten. Chicken strips are missing. Wings paid extra was there. No tissues or pepper or salt. Try to contact no answer. Very bad experience.

Awful experience. OK so it was a Sat night, but...... Food order when we finally got it wasn't correct. No dips included. Ran out of popcorn at 7pm... no drink given with big feast meal, had to ask for it. Waited quite a while, chicken wasn't crispy, chips soggy.... really not good at all. Will not be going to KFC Riverside anytime soon... disappointing.... it actually looked as though the staff there had no idea... a lot of people were complaining, quote a few people we're given wrong orders...it's a shambles, someone needs to sort it out... perhaps an area Manager ????

Disgusting toilets, always leaking water on the floor, sticking or out of order. Had just cold water coming from the tap as well.Ambiente inside very cold. Looks like the heater system were off in the wintertime.Not good at all eating food inside.

After having given KFC a miss for a long long time due to always receiving lukewarm food and feeling ripped off I decided to give it another go and joined the drive through queue. Crawling at a snails pace eventually got to the order speaker to see an out of order sign and to go to the window 30 minutes later I finally got my food and you guessed it lukewarm and disgusting. Whilst I appreciate problems can happen why could customers not be informed before joining a queue, that they cant get out of , so they can decide if they want to waste 30 minutes of their lives waiting for what is supposed to be fast food ? Never again !

Not happy at all. Ordered food which was a bargain bucket, a fillet tower burger and a fillet burger. Chips was cold, chicken was lukewarm. And as you can see by the photos of the burgers I think the photo speaks for itself. I took it back they gave me a refund for my burgers but they didn’t seem to care. Very annoyed as felt it was all a complete waste of time going to KFC and will not be going back again.
