Got served by a young lady who hadn't a clue what was going on got to the desk and told use the kiosk.Opted to eat in no number tents on the machine.Then no receipt printed.Large portion of chips seemed small and the chicken was dry not the usual juicy ones you get

Ordered on Uber eats. Ordered a white chocolate cookie, BBQ sauce and 2 Pepsi Max. I was delivered a corn on the cob, gravy and 1 Pepsi max with a small note on the receipt saying 'no cookies, gravy and corn instead :)'. Obviously finding this unacceptable, called up. The man who answered the phone was lovely - apologetic, polite and kind. He said they tried to call but accidentally didn't call me, and missed us. I live in Norway and always get my KFC fix when I'm home in Northampton. Clean and roomy restaurant. Plenty of order terminals. The food was ready so quickly, I'd hardly managed to sit down on my seat after ordering before I had to go and collect my meal. Some may say that all chain restaurants are alike, but that is so not the case! People may slate fast food, but this place was really great. Did exactly what I wanted it to do-really well:)
