Honestly that was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.Ordered on app to collect from drive thru, got to drive thru but there were cones blocking the entrance so decided to go in and collect from counter.Not an issue.Upon arriving at the counter and explaining that I'd ordered for drive thru but couldn't drive up to the window because of the cones the male server was immediately confrontational and aggressive even though I calmly explained that I didn't mind coming in to collect.I honestly thought this guy was going to hit me he was absolutely livid and walked off in a huff leaving a female server to deal with serving me.The male server then came back to the counter to empty the till and was blatantly throwing his weight around in an aggressive mood.The situation left me shaking it was horrible, I'll never use that branch of mcdonalds ever again, nobody should have to deal with that level of animosity, ever.

May be it was just a one off, but the hamburger was literally HOT off the grill. All these years MD burgers were either warm or stone cold. These two hot hamburgers at this place put a smile on my face.

This is a very decent motorway services and has 2 x EV chargers that are 50kW+. The McDonalds is over in the far corner a the seating area is sufficient.

Do not buy vegan option. It’s non test food. It’s look like non-vegetarian food with no test. I’ll submit 1 star ⭐️ for vegetarian options to the McDonald’s. They just made it like a food but it’s not a good. The way they make this tikki. In India they used potato tikki. Here they used different which is not testy. Sorry guys. West of money.Vegetarian options: Do not buy vegan option. It’s non test food. It’s look like non-vegetarian food with no test. I’ll submit 1 star ⭐️ for vegetarian options to the McDonald’s.

Fantastic experience with Yolanda who made our son very happy, offering him balloons, crayons and a flag while we were waiting for our breakfast.I ordered through the app but forgot to update my new card details so had to go to the counter. Staff were very friendly and sorted it. Food was made fresh.
