Ordered a vegetarian Pizza from Weston Favell Northampton for my partner and it came with chicken on it. Delivery driver came back for pizza, was promised a refund which I never received.

Weston Favell Northampton branch - It took 2 hours for a cold pizza to arrive, with parts of the order missing. On first phone call I was told their oven has stopped working at this branch so my order would be delivered by another branch. Nearly an hour later on second call was advised driver on way. On third call was advised the missing parts order will be sent. Too late after nearly two a nd half hours wait!!! Absolute terrible customer service. Will never use them again.

The team at Weston Favell was amazing, I pre planned £300 worth of pizzas and sides for my daughters 18th birthday to arrive at a specific time in which they nailed. We had so much pizza they needed to deliver it in 2 cars. Hats off to the guys. Every pizza was hot and not a thing wrong!!! Couldn’t be happier and a simple thank you doesn’t do it justice!

They offer an awesome range of fresh pizzas. I liked vegetable pizza here. Staff members are always friendly, prices are reasonable and the spot is always kept clean

Awful experience!! First time having Papa Johns and waited an hr and a half for the food to be delivered! We live 1.5 miles from them. Called twice and was told both times it was with the driver, which would mean it was with the driver for the least 40 minutes!?!?Second time calling them up and complained about the waiting time and was asked what I wanted to do?! After pointing out it wasn't my responsibility to find a solution, I was offered a free drink! (...we already had a drink with our order.) Was then told I could cancel and a refund would be given, but supposedly couldn't give a refund for the delay. Asked to speak to whoever was in charge and lo and behold, it was the same person I was already talking to! After a bit of back and forth, eventually a refund was offered without having to cancel... although I wish I had! Pizza was mediocre, but found what can only be described as a tooth in it!! Barely ate it, and would never use them again! Service was so poor, food not much better. AVOID!!

Order arrived, not ours, pizza missing, called shop. Don't care log it with deliveroo not their problem! Shame I had to give a star. Avoid the rude manager too. -5 stars

After i my order during1 hour and 30 min callings them they say’s they don’t have the right incredients me and my husband stay all night on toilet feeling seekDefinitely i never order again

Checked after an hour, to be told the system was down and they didnt know what our order was. Took nearly another hour to arrive. Repeatedly called 'brother' by the person who answered phone who said the manager would called but didnt. Wont bother again. One of the most expensive and the chocolate brownie desert was horrible.

Normally we get delivery using the app, but chose order and collection in store this time. Unfortunately communication was an issue. Got charged extra for sweetcorn. No extra sweetcorn was on the pizza, barely one portion tbh and tatar tots very under cooked. They do have black olives as a topping choice which is why we choose papa John's over other pizza places, aswell as the pizza sauce and base.Vegetarian options: Vege and vegan options availableParking: Lots of parking all on one level.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, all on one level.
