Normally we get delivery using the app, but chose order and collection in store this time. Unfortunately communication was an issue. Got charged extra for sweetcorn. No extra sweetcorn was on the pizza, barely one portion tbh and tatar tots very under cooked. Food is always hot and tasty but my god delivery is so annoying. I regularly order on the app and they always mark is as delivered before it’s arrived. Once it’s marked as delivered there’s still another 20 min wait for it to actually arrive…

The team at Weston Favell was amazing, I pre planned £300 worth of pizzas and sides for my daughters 18th birthday to arrive at a specific time in which they nailed. We had so much pizza they needed to deliver it in 2 cars. Hats off to the guys. Every pizza was hot and not a thing wrong!!! Couldn’t be happier and a simple thank you doesn’t do it justice!
