I have been here many times for drive through service and always I get the coffee either too sweet, either to bitter.The staff is not friendly at all and they seem bored to work there.Last time when I ordered coffee the lid was not pushed properly and I spilled the drink on myself.

Visited this site today hoping for a quick take away coffee. I was waiting over 15 mins and realised that customers who were behind me are being served first. I told the staff that I'm waiting so long just for a coffee so she asked me what I ordered. Then she realised that my coffee was already prepared but nobody was there to kindly pass it to me. She didn't even say sorry or anything. That was soooo rude. Avoid this place if you can! No respect for customers at all!

Used drive thru for first time usually always use McDonald's for a quick coffee. Thought I'd give Starbucks a go. Paid £3.45 for a medium white americano. After driving away for a mile or so was annoyed to find no milk in my coffee. Not a great first time experience. Will be sticking to mcds for better value, taste and service!

This Starbucks is killing the planet. Despite the climate CRISIS they choose to give out takeaway cups to customers drinking in the 3 HOURS before they close, because they cannot be bothered to wash up the mugs! Staff were incredibly rude and showed zero care for the environment.

Nothing majorly bad to say about this establishment! Visit quite frequently however every time we get food via the drive thru it’s always squashed and we have to almost put it back together. Would be nice if the staff took care in packing the food so it’s not a “build your own breakfast”Update 2024 - staff need to be more alert. Staff rarely speak to you at the drive thru and just present the card reader to you instead of any interaction, look on their faces indicates they don’t wanna be there. Not friendly

Dreadful service today - absolutely pitiful - 4 cars in front of me in the drive through -took over 30 mins to be served and then she didn’t apologise or even get the order correct!!! I told them I’d leave it and drive off. Ridiculously slow and very poor customer service, which isn’t unusual here!

I used the drive through pretty regularly here and always greeted with some sub par customer service but today I was served by Liv, exceptional customer service very attentive, welcoming and my order tasted great! Kudos to you Liv an asset to the St James branch!
