I drink at a lot of Starbucks around the country however this branch is by far the best and I've been coming here since it opened. Staff are always helpful and friendly- any delays are addressed and the drinks are always made spot on (the only store I've found who make their PSLs perfect every time!).I've never caught her name but one of the management staff (with the short black hair) always goes out of her way to make you feel valued as a customer, recommends great complimentary...read full review

I Came in today with my children and found the staff were helpful and friendly. With a great choice of food and drink options.Kid-friendliness: Nice open space for kids great for people with buggy’s.

I don't normally go coffee shops but went in to get a cold brew because the poster looks so enticing?! Was stood around quite a long time to get served, when I eventually did it was a very short exchange of very few words out of obligation rather than any desire to deliver any form of customer service. The drink looked NOTHING like the pictures and a bit of a let down. Think I'll stick to making my coffee at home ?
