Visited for drinks prior yo seeing a film. There was only one member of staff taking & preparing orders, therefore service was slow.Both the floor & table were very sticky.

I asked for decaf and definitely didn’t get it. I was overcharged, and the server was very quiet and unwelcoming. Only giving 3 stars because usually service is better.

This is the Starbucks at Cineworld - the lift is out of order so if you have mobility issues I would check it's working before you plan on getting a coffee
