We have stayed here twice now & on each occasion the food has been excellent. The rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The location is quiet, despite being near a main road. All the staff are friendly & it is well managed. No relaxing seating areas downstairs but as we had rooms with a sofa, we could use those before & after eating.
We stayed overnight and can’t recommend highly enough! Room was quiet and extremely clean. Newly refurbished- smart shower room. New bed in several rooms and in the room we had-17. Very good value with good quality food both inclusive breakfast and the separate evening meal. All staff professional and friendly. Downstairs bedroom if mobility an issue - others accessible by stairsRooms: Rooms 10 onwards apparently had new beds this year. Very impressed with cleaning and presentation...read full review

Stayed for 2 nights, room was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't hear any noise from the road. Breakfast was very good, can reccomend the scrambled eggs.Staff very friendly and helpful. Will use again if we need to stay in the area.
