Not the place for me, the food was more burnt than char grilled and very expensive for what they offer. The staff were friendly but can't make up for the food. I ordered a house salad on the side, and this was basically a bowl of chopped cabbage with no dressing. My chicken was completely burnt on one side. Unfortunately my colleagues' meals were not much better. As a table of nine, this is off our works meal list.

We went Fridays to celebrate Mother’s Day, we had the table booked for 17:00, we experienced a really bad service, we waited for our appetisers over an hour, when the appetisers came I asked for a fork and knife, I had to wait 10 mins to get them. After an hour and a half, we gave up on our mains and we just asked for the bill then left.I will not be returning again.

Came in for food before going to the football, service was great and food was excellent. Never been to this TGIs before but it’s definitely one I’d recommend.

We didn't have a particularly good meal. No one took our drinks order for 25 minutes then they took another 25 minutes to arrive (they weren't even that busy at the time). The food order was wrong too.The staff are always nice though and the food can be good. Just a bit disappointing overall.

We went to six fields TGIF as a groups of 4 adults and 3 young children. Firstly, I couldn’t believe the prices, it’s been a few months since we’ve been but wow - so expensive. Our adults meals came and had less chips than the free kids dinners - The portion sizes were definitely far too small. The food was tasty, but way too expensive for the portion sizes and we left hungry and feeling like we had been robbed. If you’re charging over £20 for some chicken bites and chips, at least make it a decent amount, chips don’t cost you a lot.The service was as awful as it always is at TGIF Sixfields… won’t be back.

As we approached the entrance it felt like a nightclub the music was blasting. So the guy who greeted us was just about the best thing about this place, it was hard to hear because the music inside was also loud but he was very good.We went to the bar while waiting for our table which was fine. After we sat down and looked at the menu I thought we was in for a treat everything was £20 which is equivalent to some lovely pub restaurants we have been to.The jokes on us, I had a chicken burger and the flavour was good but served cold. It must have been sitting for 10-15 minutes. My food was brought out with part of my partners food, they went to get the rest of hers and her plate was steaming hot.So clearly they cooked my burger too early and left it standing.Nobody checked in on us, I didn't complain I just ate the cold burger and nearly cold chips. The sauce was amazing though. So yeah £20 for that burger, mc Donald's would have done fine and at £5.Now the confusing thing was we have been to TGI Fridays in Rushden a while back and it was really good so did the chain change or is it this particular resturant? I'm curious...

If I could give 0 stars I would. The seats were sticky, thankfully I had a long coat on to protect my clothing. The customer service at this branch is atrocious. I had to call staff over on several occasions to order drinks, food and refills! Surely this should be part of the service! I have been to many TGI's over the years and customer service is usually fantastic, staff usually check in with you and ensure your order has been taken. However the Northampton branch really ruined the reputation. The restaurant itself was empty and other people appeared to complain about the service and food they had recieved. It appeared there was only one worker on the floor rushing around and not really paying any attention to detail. AVOID!

Honestly, so bad. We waited over an hour for our food only for one of the burgers to be stone cold. Also, SO overpriced. £21 for meat-free fajitas?! Bonkers.

Was very loud could hardly hear the person sat opposite me. Staff were friendly and attentive. Hot sauce is definitely not hot sauce but enjoyable
