Called in to the Hopmaster General last week on a whim while looking for somewhere to get a drink in Rushden. When passing the outside I thought it looked interesting so went in, I'm glad i did! We took part in a well hosted pub quiz that night while sampling the wide selection of craft drinks on offer. There was a surprising mix of customers and a good atmosphere with like minded people. Friendly staff, lively atmosphere. Generally a calming and happy place to hang out. Craft beers on tap are wonderful, changing their choices frequently. Always happy to let you try before you buy so you get the right beer. A real attention to customer satisfaction!

Great place in what used to be Rushden Post Office. Tom was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and steered us to some excellent choices from the huge range available. Highly recommended.
