Went there for a quick lunch and had steak and ale pie. So good we decided we had to go again for the Sunday roast. I had the best beef I've had in many years and Nancy had lamb shank. It's a pity they're not nearer home but we will go again when we can and combine with a visit to nearby Rushden lakes,They do get busy on Sundays so it's probably good to book.
Midweek evening meal out,first time visiting here.Welcomed warmly.Lovely rustic vibe.Dishes were excellently presented and very tasty.Quite a pricey menu but the quality of produce served is certainly worth it.

Lovely restaurant. Came for my dad's birthday. Belly pork was delicious and portion size good. They were happy and helped with me bringing a birthday cake, set it up and sang happy birthday as they brought it out, even though they knew it meant us not purchasing desserts. The staff were very friendly and extremely attentive to food intolerances which inspires confidence. Great decor also, looking forward to going again
