One of the frustrating things I've found in Greggs inside Swansgate Shopping Centre, Wellingborough is that the prices cost the same no matter if the product is freshly made and hot or has been out in the shelf for hours. I do feel I end up getting the short stick and get the cold stale food. I usually get a sausage cheese bean melt and a chicken bake.I do like their yum yums though, it is frustrating to see they've changed it now because I used to be able to get them in the singles...read full review
It's the usual Gregg's, busy as always and never quite enough room to que, look at food and sit and eat. The slice I like is not always available, but the donuts are nice.

Good food and customer service. Can get quite hard to navigate through people but that is when they're really busy.Wheelchair accessibility: All one level. Sometimes there is a box in middle with products but this is easily moved.
