It's a chain, order at the counter. The food is ok to be fair for the price its what you would expect or better. Usually service is ok, however sometimes if they are busy there can be a 40 min wait from order to receiving your food. However the times this has happened the lady who took the order warned us before we ordered so you can make the choice to wait or go somewhere else. Food nothing to wright home about. To many crispy chip bits. Not very hot, but as we had to wight so long. Not worth saying anything. We would only have had to wight longer to have it replaced.
