Wow! A super traditional old English Pub/ Bistro in the heart of Yardley Hastings village. I used to frequent this Pub many years ago and it was good back then, but now it has evolved to be one of the best Pubs I have visited in a long time. The food is home-cooked and very tasty (just like it was all those years ago) and the service is excellent. The Rose & Crown is a Free House and not tied to any brewery. Excellent Saturday evening meal with friends. First rate experience. Welcoming and friendly staff. Clean, tidy and attractive restaurant.Food was delicious and really good quality. Tasty, well presented and value for money.All tables were in use but we were not rushed at all. The atmosphere was very pleasant.Highly recommend this fabulous place.

Good atmosphere and the service was very good. Some of the food didn't match the price tag. The Beef Wellington was not worth the price and was very disappointing but then the standard and quality of the burgers were worth every ££Parking: No painted parking spaces and sometimes can be hard to find a free space.
