Very disappointed, would have always recommended to anyone but tonight was a disaster. Table booked for 7.15 wasn’t eating until 8.30. Far too long a wait for my 3 year old granddaughter. Son’s steak returned to kitchen, over cooked, husband brought his home with him as he couldn’t eat it practically raw when he requested medium to well. Love Jakes.....fab variety of food and lovely staff. We have been lots through week and there is main menu and Tapas menu......brought the Grans tonight so first time on a Sunday and Sunday menu was gorgeous.......everyone loved it bigtime! Overall fantastic x
Stopped here for lunch.As it was a lovely day we decided to sit at one of the many tables outside. We asked for the menu but we were told that only bar snack menu was available outside .We couldn't understand why this would be? As it was one of the nicest days of the year we decided the bar menu would do.We shared calamari ,breaded goats cheese and nachos all were nice but small portions.My friend also had a cocktail.Bill was £28 but we were still hungry.Food came quickly fortunately
