I have been here a couple of times, but my experience last night needs reviewed. I entered on foot (drive through and sit in cafe). The staff member who served me was very giddy. The £3.45 that I paid for a small hot chocolate (I dislike their coffee) was very expensive, but it is what one expects when coming to Starbucks. Drive thru is always pretty quick, in store orders not as quick but understandable (especially during rush hour). Lovely atmosphere and seating, plenty of places to charge phones or laptops. Wi-fi is decent as well (i remember around 10mb/s). Drops during busy periods. Food is typical Starbucks scran.
As a person who worked in hospitality for most of my life I can either be your best or worst customer.There was one customer in front of me. The staff member was telling him her life story. I decided to go to bathroom bc it was taking so long. Came back, the customer was still there having a chat. There were at least 4 staff standing around doing nothing looking at me.
