Chips were OK. Awful, dreadful fish. Grey, soggy and very greasy. Pretty sure this wasn't cod or haddock. Avoid. Never again.

very good chips and generous portions. I had the onion rings and were cooked to my liking. I had the chicken goujons in the past and they also were very tasty. Parking can be problematic, but worth the effort to get there.

Used to be the best chipper in Armagh. Not now . Food overcooked.staff to busy complaining about broken nail's to do any work arguing amongst each other to answer the phone... I was very disappointed ☹️☹️ such a shame to see it gone downhill so much..

Was on holiday with the family and ate here a few times, the food was lovely and staff were friendly. Loved that they had colouring pages to keep the kids busy. Will defo be back if in that part of the country againKid-friendliness: They had colouring pages for the kids, and on our second visit had ran out and staff went to the manager to print out some more. My kids were delighted ?

Went with one of my kids today. We got a fish and chip between us. It was honestly one of the best fish and chip I've ever had.. the portion was very big, me and the kid couldn't eat any more.... there's a reason this place has been around as long as it has been.. staff were great.. to the owner, you've nailed it... keep it up!!

Food is so very tasty the Galley wrap especially and my husband loves their fish & chips we always eat in the Galley when in Armagh couldn’t recommend it highly enough the staff are very helpful and friendly nothing is a bother for them, another thing I like is it spotless all in all in my opinion it is worth giving it a tryKid-friendliness: Children are always welcome looked after well

Having always made a trip to the Galley when in town, was really disappointed that my pregnant partner was told that they could not eat the food which they had brought in, despite being in a group where everyone else was eating in! Due to their dietary restrictions there wasn't much on the menu for them, has never been an issue elsewhere. Seems pettiness is valued over looking out for customer dietary and disability requirements as no other explanation was provided.

Really disappointed in how I was treated here. I come here often but now I'm pregnant and have recently had a diagnosis which means I have a lot of complicated dietary restrictions. Came with a group who were getting food but had to bring my own food along because nothing fits my dietary requirements. Was told that I couldn't eat any food there that wasn't purchased on the premises so I had to sit and watch everyone else eat then have my lunch in the car after. Really poor treatment after having been a loyal customer for many years and still coming here often with family and friends.
Food was okay, service was bad especially towards my pregnant sister in law, and the chips were undercooked. Would not recommend despite the fact of the limited places to eat in Armagh.
